The solution to a challenge in the material world, is typically not to be found in the material world at the level of the problem. The answer is found when you rise above that frequency and gain from the resources of the higher aspects of your mind. Fear-based challenges, for example, are ways resolved by connecting with the strength and security of your inner being.
Real strength does not lie anywhere in the outside world. The strength lies within you. Once you find that inner power, you rise above any limitation and stand as a self-realized way-showering your light to a world desperate for spiritual freedom.
Because the influence of the Lunar Eclipse is by nature to show us the parts of ourselves that need to be released. We either let go of the fear once and for all, or we take the fear head on and call everything off because the fear overrules our agendas. Because of the innate intensity and power of the full moon lunar eclipse, we get a very intense outcome of whatever we have been concentrating on. It is not like we are getting a break from the intense power of the full moon; rather, it is as if we are getting an intensified power punch of energy toward whatever we have set in motion in our lives!!
It is a very good idea to prepare ourselves for this time. This mantra is particularly helpful:
“I will now focus my energy toward receiving and gaining success in loving myself with all that I am, and I now release all the things that have held me back.” As we do this, we have a greater results of releasing the things that have been doing us harm because we know that the intense and transformational energy of the eclipse is going to give us that power punch. We will be ready to receive it in a way that brings positive results.
This is what we will focus on in this manifestation and healing meditation.

I was listening like every morning
before I start my day. I have several Angels or Light Beings I speak
with while I have my coffee.
The Angels woke me up at 5:55 am this
morning which is a normal time for them to awake me.
(It makes me smile every time)
I awaken to hear a deep sultry voice
speaking to me about how angry she is. All I could think of is this
must be Gaia? I ask, Is that You Gaia?!! Yes, she replied. What can
we do for you? I asked. I was feeling a warm reunion. I realized now
that we had spoken before and never realized I was speaking to Gaia.
Gaia starts to show me several areas in
the world (seven) that are very troubled. (I will not name the areas
because doing so could counter act what is being addressed. By
revealing the areas, this could possibly engage more issues for this
beautiful planet. So we will leave that alone.)
The areas Gaia showed me is like a
pimple that is ready to pop.
The conversation continued. Gaia spoke
of a lack of integrity and appreciation for mother earth. We talked
about calming down, soothing Gaia like a salve for the wounds as she
deals with the lack of integrity she has been treated with. She
talked about the lack of appreciation for what she does for us
everyday.
Isn’t that just like a women? LOL We
came up some solutions and options…. this is “1”

gratitude to all who are involved in this waking up process.
It is not just one to change the
process of consciousness is it? There is so much to know in this
large Universal consciousness please please take the time to get the
whole picture. It is so much larger than you think. You have so

Summer Solstice, the longest day
of the year, the shortest night, and a tipping point: from here on
out the days get shorter and the nights get longer. The solstice,
sometimes called midsummer because by now farmers have long done
their planting, is technically the first day of summer.
We enter the warmest season, and
also reminds that the season is short. To enjoy everything summer has
to offer.
For those who revere nature, summer
solstice may be celebrated by a bonfire, and staying up to greet the
dawn. Or simply just recognizing the summer as she arrives in all
here splendor.
Breath in the summer air and bask in
the warm sun thank “Gaia” for the gift she brings us with this
beautiful planet Just to be in gratitude removes any negative
thoughts.
Honoring the solstice can remind
us just how precious each day and season is, because the truth of its
passing away is also acknowledged. Gifts need to be appreciated, not
taken for granted. Some will use their religious ritual to raise
energy for healing, for re-aligning and redressing environmental
wrongs, or for strengthening the sense of being part of nature, not
set apart and individual, but interconnected in a larger whole,
including the past, present and future.
This is the power of participating in
the shift to oneness and help with the change of consciousness.

Every parent knows that great parent-child communication is the key to a healthy & happy family. But there’s so much more to communication than just ‘talking’ with your kids. Our Children today are so sensitive to all that we put out on an …..

One very important thing to keep in mind when communicating with your children is the energy that you’re emanating during the communication. You know how when you meet someone and they get that fake smile and say “It’s soooo nice to meet you!” with this excessive amount of enthusiasm – but the vibe or energy you are really getting from them is completely opposite of their words…. This is what we are talking about! And it is especially important that you maintain consistent and positive energy when you’re around your kids.
Energy types beget energy types, and we already know this. So, if we send out negative messages to our children through our energy and its various communication paths, we are going to receive the same sort of energy back.
Energy can drastically affect your child’s behavior, temperament and how they see the world and people in it. It’s an eye-opener just think about it… Have you ever been around someone that you felt safe with? You just felt very comfortable in their presence? You could immediately sense that this person was a person of integrity someone you could trust – they were probably very warm and genuine. That’s because their calm and positive energy was probably “speaking” to you.
Energy travels through all the various ways we communicate. These include how we speak to our children (tone of voice) and what we say, our facial expressions, our body language and our eye gaze, as a few examples. Thus we can think of our different modes of verbal and non-verbal communication as the vessels our energy travels through.
Essentially, the energy that we put out to our children is going to be the same sort of energy that we get back from them. So if you feel calm and happy, those feelings will travel with your words and actions, and they’re visible to your kids. If you’re tired and angry, your kids can sense that too and it will really affect their behavior towards you and the situation.
This is where you ask yourself, if I look at my children completely emotionally removed what type of Energy are they reflecting? Is it a peaceful, joyful and grounded, free to say and explain anything they are feeling? Is it angry hyper active,ungrounded,frustrated and argumentive?
This is only one small part of what our children need to deal with on a daily basis. Not to mention how challenging everyday things that we as Parents need to d
